Super chic apartment, stylishly furnished and equipped. There was nothing to complain about. The property is highly recommended. Restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance in the village. Walking paths start immediately at the apartment. Many interesting excursion destinations in the area.

Beautiful apartment, has everything you need. We were a little surprised that it was not directly in Aschau but a little outside. We have been rewarded with a magical, quiet, relaxing and natural environment.

Very nice, clean apartment in an idyllic location near an organic farm. For us, the location was also perfect for the apartment with a crawling baby, as there is plenty of space. Christian was very friendly & always answered my questions quickly. We felt very comfortable!

We had an amazing stay at Stephen’s home. Everything was just as described. He was very responsive when we had any questions. Beautiful home and plenty to do around the neighborhood and surrounding towns & villages. Very walkable! We would definitely come back!

We had two wonderful days in Ingrid's apartment with the small garden paradise. The apartment is quiet, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We would like to thank Ghada very much for the nice apartment. It was so cozy, nicely decorated, apartment had everything you could ever need. Very good location, everything was nearby. 20 minutes' walk to the slopes. We can only recommend it.

We spent a week on vacation with a baby and toddler at Constanze's. Especially the huge family bed and the open layout with large garden made our stay very pleasant. Great starting point for excursions in the area. Constanze and Anita were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great time 🍀

We were on vacation as a small family and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Great accommodation, especially the fly nets on the windows I liked very much, as they are missing in many accommodations. The highway can be heard minimally with the window open. Great location and lots of activities in the area for families. Thank you for everything!

It was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable! We are both small, for tall people it could be a bit dangerous for the head, because of the sloping roof ;) especially when showering We will be happy to come back :-)

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann - especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this. We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.
