Monthly Rentals in Erving

This our first stay with Michael but we will look to book again. The space is clean, quiet and well supplied. The location is just minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and covers. We had a nice chat with Michael before we left. Be sure to pay close attention to his clear instructions to find the place or it could be difficult if you use your GPS.

Really cute cabin with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck is peaceful. All you can hear is birds and the sounds of nature. We were going to our son's graduation at UMass, so with a packed schedule at a 40 minute drive away to campus, we weren't able to spend a much time here as we liked. We wish we could have stayed an extra day to enjoy the cabin more!

Super nice place!

Stayed here with my 2 pups. Beautiful location, feels so remote, but not far from any sort of restaurant, hiking, or other outing. Highly recommend Lucy's Sweet Shop. Marshall's Country store has a great selection of items. Homemade ice cream is close by, honestly, a great location for a get away, and a very comfortable house. Sitting out on the porch at night and listening to the birds was a favorite activity.
