Great Airbnb!: - very quiet - Great starting point for hikes, etc. - Car needed - super super lovely hostess - Whirlpool to enjoy - Good cozy bed - Bathroom + toilet separated - everything is bigger than in the pictures - Very clean and comfortable

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

Wonderful location with easy access to public transportation. Very spacious, private and clean. There is a market nearby which makes it super convenient for all your needs. Note: bring your own bathroom amenities and if you plan on spending a day at the lake, especially in the summer, bring your own beach towels or blanket. NOTE: the GAP card you are given works for all the local buses. We were not told until the end of our trip so we were paying for all the bus rides unnecessarily. Also I'm still not clear why but when we arrived there was a bill for a "city tax" got $18 Euros. I have never been billed a city tax for an Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay! Nora and her husband are just two wonderful people. There was a surprise for the reception...for all the ice cream and coffee in their ice cream shop around the corner. There is very tasty ice cream here for the daily end. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful walking trails in the area. Bus stop ( free travel through guest card) is also a stone's throw away. Kochelsee is within walking distance. A trip to Lake Walchensee is recommended. Turquoise blue water. Unfortunately we didn't have our bikes with us. Surely next time. An Edeka market is also nearby. The spa is also supposed to be great. So all in all perfect. The apartment is as described. We felt very comfortable. The small garden area was also used daily for a glass of wine in 🍷 the evening. The area is just lovely.

We stayed for 3 nights at Georg's apartment "Viktoria" and felt at home from the first time we entered. Not only the apartment, but also the house and the great garden (with various possibilities for sitting, lingering, sunbathing and watching sunset) were super well maintained, lovingly designed and kept modern. The location of the accommodation was perfect - insanely quiet location, but by car within an hour you were in the Alps! We will be happy to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

The location and space are unbeatable. At all times we were advised by our host, who stood out for his humanity and concern for the idea that our stay be wonderful. I would definitely come back and recommend this place anyway.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace to the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with a beautiful view of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Our family had a great time at Michael and Katrins house in Fussen. The house is beautiful Inside and has everything you could need and more. The location is perfect. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and would be happy to come back!

Nadine’s place is beautiful! Located in a peaceful and breathtaking little neighborhood, Nadine was always responsive and very friendly, it was a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is simply great: clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. You feel very comfortable right away. The location is also really good. You can reach many places relatively quickly by car and you can also take beautiful walks/hikes from the apartment. Greta is an excellent host, you can't wish for a better one. She puts so much effort into everything and takes excellent care of her guests...gives tips, thinks about excursion destinations, hikes, etc. - simply great! THANK YOU !!!

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.

We thought the accommodation was great, it is very large and it has everything you need. We were able to reach everything quickly by car. There was a small problem with the heating, the host responded very quickly to our messages and someone came to fix the problem. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation.
