This little house is charming with a nice terrace. The environment is very quiet and it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the birdsong. Laurence and François are very warm, very welcoming and gave us valuable advice to discover the Île d'Oléron. Our stay was so pleasant that we will come back next year.

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We had a great stay at Anne's place, which had everything we needed to be comfortable. We particularly liked the quiet place and close to the sea for a nice walk. The pluses: very comfortable bedding, a terrace in the sun at the end of the day, a quiet garden area with sun in the morning and a very nice competition shower! We thank Anne for her advice on restaurants and for her warm welcome. We won't hesitate to return!

For our first stay in La Rochelle, we were greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming host. These tips allowed us to visit the region as well as the use of urban transport made available to us with a bus stop "if you can say so" at the foot of the house. everything was in accordance with the listing on the site, I recommend this very nice little accommodation to other users because we had a very good stay, thank you again to Eliane for her kindness. Nice and friendly greeting from Pascal and Sophie. The place was nice and well equipped. Stunning views of lake. Enjoyed using the kayaks on the nice and sunny day.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for a romantic weekend in La Rochelle. Everything was there: the decor, the layout, the comfort, the cleanliness and the proximity to the city center. We highly recommend this place and will come back for sure!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

We were warmly welcomed by Sylvie, who was very available and gave good advice to discover the activities and beaches of the surroundings. She allowed us to arrive at the time that suited us, which greatly facilitated our installation. The apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and pleasant to live in. We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Very pleasant stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, advice, etc. A safe bet in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!
