Accessible by a common but independent entrance to access the studio at the bottom of a pleasant garden. The studio includes a sleeping area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a table and armchairs, as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You can relax with a quiet terrace with table and chairs. Quiet, in the countryside and 3 km from the Atlantic Coast (Aiguillon Bay) in a village with all shops. Access via a common driveway but completely independent of our house. Parking next to the accommodation on the property and small garden for meals and rest.
