It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation on Isenbergplatz. Renovated in 2021, this 42 sqm apartment on the top floor of a 1930s building sleeps 3 people in 1 room. It is modern and comfortably furnished and surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants of the local student and artist scene. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the Rüttenscheider nightlife as well as the Philharmonic and Aalto Theater

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
