My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

The "Tinypofe" is an approx. 7 sqm tiny house, which is located on an old farm, surrounded by wheat and corn fields. It is lovingly and cozily furnished in the "Ruhr Valley vintage look." You will have access to a separate kitchen with free Wi-Fi, coffee/tea and a separate shower room. Dogs and cats live on the premises, so you may meet and also hear each other. Please take this into consideration when booking.

The 25 square meter apartment on the top floor of a three-family house was furnished with attention to detail. It is part of a 50 square meter apartment, which consists of two identical apartments. Each half is divided equally: There is a sleeping and a dining/living area. Only the hallway is shared by both parties. There is also a bathroom, so that each apartment resident has their own.
