It is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and is cozily and modernly furnished; almost barrier-free (one step at the entrance). The district center is within walking distance in about 5 minutes. Electricity from its own photovoltaic system.

The apartment consists of a cozy living room in baroque style (our "good room"), a fully equipped kitchen with TV and direct access to the garden, a bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. The garden is completely yours and offers everything your heart desires: a hot tub for 2–3 people (only in summer), a gas grill and fire baskets.

It has a bedroom, bathroom, large eat-in kitchen, separate living room upstairs and balcony. Due to the hillside location, you have a great view of the roofs of Kupferdrehs and Lake Baldeney in good weather conditions. Dining and shopping are within walking distance.
