It is also located directly at the A52 highway entrance and is only 20 minutes from Düsseldorf Airport.

Quiet room with separate entrance, bathroom with shower, cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, TV and fridge in a well-kept residential area. For energy-saving reasons, it is NOT possible to bathe. Guests can use the washing machine and dryer. The entrance through the garden is steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Shopping is within walking distance. Central places are accessible by public transport. There is a private small terrace.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

The newly renovated centrally located apartment in Essen Katernberg with free Wi-Fi is a 5-minute walk from the Zollverein World Heritage Site (9 km from Grugahalle). It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cozy sitting area.
