The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Quiet location on the farm that is in operation. At harvest times, it can get a little louder due to the equipment being operated. We have a free-range farm dog and a cat. The nearest town with a discount store, gas station, restaurant and playground is 3 km away. Landshut (cinema, restaurant and beautiful old town) is 15 km away. The balcony, the seating and the patio are at your disposal.
