This 2nd floor apartment is located in a 3 story home built in 1888. It is situated in a prime location with a short walk to bus and about a mile to train to NYC. You can walk to restaurants, bars, convenience store, Whole Foods. Parking available on the property. All linens are sanitized extensively to ensure you an extremely clean experience--you can flop on any bed and be assured that no one else did the same. Located in Academy Heights, South Orange, our home is great for a smaller group—very comfortable for a family of four—to spend time together, complete with a lovingly renovated kitchen to cook and enjoy meals together. The area is walkable, culturally rich and diverse, and very friendly. Centrally-located, the home is walking distance to parks, restaurants, grocery, CVS, and downtown Maplewood and South Orange (SOMA). Just 30-35 min direct train/car ride to NYC; and 45 minutes to Jersey Shore.

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her.
