For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our holiday apartment under the Rosenstein. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2019. The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
