Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Children's rides on small horses are also offered. *** Pets only on prior request ***

Zusätzlich lässt sich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Knopfdruck in eine bequeme Schlafcouch verwandeln – ideal für weitere Gäste oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. Children and small dogs are also welcome. Escape everyday life, be in harmony with nature - experience all this and more with us.

Klara's cottage with charm

Klara's holiday cottage with its unique charm has been on the Neuffener Stadtmauer for over 100 years. It is located right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3-room house with simple but loving furnishings is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Beuren thermal bath/Beuren open-air museum/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and is within walking distance from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are nearby.

The White Owl at the organic farm

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

Cozy vacation home near Dinkelsbühl

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

The special feature of this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Cottage from the Chirphendorf farm

The 65m² vacation home Hof Chirphendorf, which is part of the Chirphendorf farm, is located in Steinheim, a town in southern Germany's state of Baden-Württemberg. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home also features Wi-Fi and satellite television. Children are allowed and a highchair is available.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

We offer a spacious, fully equipped single-family home that is tastefully decorated with a lot of love. In addition to the beautiful surroundings, which invite you to hike, cycle and discover, the house offers plenty of space to relax, just be and unwind. The sunny terrace and a spacious garden area invite you to do so. The house has a separate entrance that is only used by guests and parking at the house.
