Great place to stay. Amenities were super especially the pool. It was great to have access to beach accessories. House is spacious and lanai is huge. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and the airport. Lana was quick to respond to all of our questions. Would recommend staying here and will again as we visit the area. We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s place for a very special weekend—my wedding! The home was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for my family. Jody was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was also ideal—close to convenient stores, Mercato, and other great spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Alex was very responsive on the occasion we needed him. Followed up with us too. He was a WONDERFUL host. The house and pool could not have been any better. We loved the indoor outdoor living. We found the house to have much more than we expected. Lots of kitchen supplies that were not expected. We live near by and had visitors from out of state and we would highly recommend this place to anyone all ages. Oh and our 2 little pups had a great times. So happy we can take them with us. Everything we could have hoped for close proximity to airport and beaches plus heated pool and hot tub they added a surprise pool table that wasn’t in the listing. We arrived in the area a little earlier than expected and Christina worked with us to get us in early. Would highly recommend this listing to anyone.

This condo was such a vibe! The location couldn’t be better — literally 5 minutes to everything you need: beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to leave! Parking was a breeze, and super appreciated. And the pool? Total cherry on top. It made the whole stay feel like a mini resort getaway. Zero complaints here — I’d 1000% come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of home .

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Our hosts greeted us upon our arrival and welcomed us to Bare Necessities. Their cozy accommodation, although small, was filled with amenities and conveniences that made our stay enjoyable. They made sure to provide everything you need even including honey 🍯 We were 40 mins from Clam Pass beach and 11 mins from Ave Maria University.

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

Location! Location! Location!... We walked to local restaurants. Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream and the awesome new Warehouse Cafe coffee shop are right across the street. Mini Golf just down the road. And! The beach is just a mile away. The condo was exactly as described. Well appointed. Super clean. And shades of blue in the decor brings a cool coastal vibe. Thank you, Anthony. I’m so glad we booked with Stacy for our Ft. Myers trip! Stacy’s place was perfect for our getaway beach trip. Very convenient to go to the beach which was right across the street. Stacy provided free vouchers for beach chairs and provided an umbrella that was much needed during the heat of the day! Don’t hesitate to book!
