Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Étang de Thau

Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, and we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

This is the second time we have come to Loupian. It's a very quiet accommodation, perfect for resting. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The bed is very comfortable, and nice touches are provided. I highly recommend it, it's a place we'll be happy to come back to.

An absolutely awesome stay!!! The cottage is beautiful, decorated with great taste, modern, warm and very well thought out. The jacuzzi is great: no neighbors, a real little corner of paradise to relax. The setting is idyllic, calm and soothing, perfect for a break for two. Marie and Gilles are very responsive and caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will return with great pleasure!

A haven of peace! A sublime building, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! Impeccable accommodation! The latter is extremely well located and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, moreover it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well provided with accessories and amenities, finding as many amenities for cooking as well as swimming or taking care of toddlers. (Air conditioning in each of the bedrooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, making himself at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide them and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and enjoy your future stays to the fullest!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Great apartment, centrally located in the beautiful old town of Mèze. All the amenities of life are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, tastefully furnished. The special highlight is the large roof terrace. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Stephanie's accommodation is extremely well located, with an extraordinary view of Sète, perfectly quiet, impeccably clean and very well equipped. Everything is there, whether for the bathroom or the kitchen, including a large and appreciable kitchen background. What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

Ideal accommodation for discovering this beautiful city of Sète, tastefully decorated, very clean and quiet. The organization for the arrival is very clear. Access to the parking lot is a blessing given the difficulty of parking in the streets, which are also paid. The only downside would be the narrowness of the shower opening, you have to be quite agile and not too corpulent...

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
