Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Le Gîte du Cotentin est idéalement situé pour découvrir toutes les beautés de notre région. Notre presbytère possède également une chambre d'hôtes pour 2 personnes. Nous sommes à deux pas des marais du Cotentin et à 15 km des plages du débarquement. Sainte-Mère église est très proche à seulement 8 km de notre propriété. Notre gîte est au calme, à la campagne, à 1,5 km du bourg où sont situés tous les commerces.
