Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eugene

What an amazing respite! This rustic loft is a welcomed change fom the uniformity of hotel travel. I gave us a feeling of calm, versus the normal "Let's Get Out of this room," feeling. We brought out teenager with us, so the additional room was fantastic, they had their own space to be with us while being private. The eclectic music selection fit right into the vibe of the house. For our first visit to Eugene, and having now experienced the city, this was the perfect place to stay.

Very cool space. If you like IKEA you’ll love Gary’s place! Modern, clean, clutter free. We knew the location was a bit out of the area we were visiting but it was nice to come back to the private, wooded deck and have a glass of wine at the bistro table! Toiletries were provided which really makes traveling easier. We didn’t cook but I would have loved to use that cool stove! Would stay again!

This Airbnb is located in Springfield and close to all attractions. It is located In a very cute and safe neighborhood. The loft is spotless and well decorated. It has a kitchenette with complementary coffee and tea. It is perfect for short to medium stays. Upstairs, there is a rain shower and comfortable king sized bed. Logan is the perfect host. Very kind and goes the extra mile to help her guests. Would definitely recommend this Apartment! Enjoy your time there!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Had all the amenities we needed while being close to all Eugene has to offer. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable, and just a short drive from the University of Oregon—perfect spot if you’re in town for a game or event. Highly recommend!

McKenzy was an amazing host. Super responsive to MANY questions and super accommodating to our multigenerational group for our son's UO graduation. Beds were comfy and the home was comfortable. Loved the outdoor space. If we come back to Eugene we will be back. Highly recommend for a wonderful and peaceful stay. Thank you, McKenzy, for everything!!

The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, had amazing views, and close to lots of restaurants. It was plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Really easy to park and get into the apartment. Being able to park close by was a big plus for me.

A wonderful apartment. All of the amenities that you need. Super comfortable bed and the futon was comfortable as well - which is a rarity! The cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be back.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our weekend of graduations in Eugene! In spite of the high temperatures, the wall unit air conditioning unit kept up and we had a cool place to come back to. The bed was comfortable and the living room inviting. There are some areas that need updating/repaired (window latch broken and paint chipping) but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying the space and location. We will definitely stay here again when we need a place in Eugene.

Ann's place is the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet location but close to many city activities plus great hiking trails. This was our second stay at Ann's place and we have another month booked later this summer. we highly recommend Ann's retreat.

Very clean and cute. Enjoyed our brief stay after going to a Duck game. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

We were staying so we could go to concert in Eugene. It was super easy check in, host responded very quickly and spacious for two of us. We loved the recliners to watch tv as we were so tired after the concert. Within walkable distance was Nanna’s cafe- the cinnamon roll was huge and it was excellent. Enjoyed our stay and hoping next time to stay longer.

Cute place! We stayed for my daughter’s graduation and there was enough room for the 4 of us. We arrived after hours and she left the light on for us. We had fun exploring the neighborhood - there are many little free libraries, plus we found a coffee shop that opened early and a bakery nearby for breakfast.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kalmia Condo and it probably won’t be the last. Excellent location, very cute place and nice neighborhood.

This was a great little quaint spot. The location was close to everything we need and found some quaint new spots to visit including a bookstore and neighborhood grocery store. Had everything we need led and our hosts even provided toiletries. I appreciated their prompt communication. Everything was very easy for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home on Lawrence Street in Eugene. The unit was one of four in a beautifully maintained older house, and it had everything we needed — a cozy bedroom, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, and even a private enclosed porch that made the space feel extra special. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house itself had such a local, lived-in feel — like we were part of the neighborhood. Plus, having restaurants just steps away made everything super convenient. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Eugene. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot with character and a great location.

A great place to stay. Gigi was great to communicate with and very helpful when I wanted to change my reservation. The house was very nice and just what we needed. I would stay again for sure.
