It is located in a good location with a view of the Bukhangang River. This is a place where you can relax in the green nature. This is a two-story detached house. Only the first floor can be used, and only one family can stay at a time. On the first floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, two rooms, and terrace. There is a washing machine, so you can wash it, and there is a generous kitchen where you can cook. The owners live on the second floor, so we are always available if you have any requests. Recommended for those who want our own private space.

The building built in 2020 & pretty spacious (3bds, 2bths condo, Appx. 1200sq). 2020년 신축 30평대 아파트 (방3개, 화장실 2개) We maintain the house nice and clean by 250 cleaning check list. 250가지 항목의 청소리스트를 통해 항상 청결하게 운영 중입니다. We are in right next to US army base which is not the best location with public transportation. 미군부대 관계자가 아니시면 위치가 불편하실수도 있습니다.

Located in the 2nd view of Bukchon, this hanok yard is filled with old trees from Changdeokgung Palace. It is located in a quiet place where you can hear the chirping of birds. There is no inconvenience at all to stay. Bukchon Hanok Village, Insa-dong, Ikseon-dong, and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art are all within a 10-minute walk.
