Maintained the gardens and lawns immaculately. communications where clear and would have to be the cleanest,neatest BnB I have stayed in recently. our Ameeica. judge felt very at home and having 11 days I. it it was such better than a motel toom. What an absolute gem! Semi rural setting 15minutes from Dubbo! Wildlife at the doorstep! Gorgeous property. The granny flat is sparkling! Everything you could ask for, welcome treats and breakfast produce provided! Comfy bed, hot shower, washer drier! Pristine accommodation

The pool house was very homely and very clean. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh milk, butter, bread, eggs etc and pantry was stocked with breakfast cereals, condiments etc, its was so appreciated to have some basic essentials there. We requested use of a bbq which was then set up for us ready to cook on. Great location, easy access to town and zoo. We would definitely return and would recommend this pool house to anyone, thanks for a great stay 😃

Easy location for the sporting event we were in town for. Easy to warm the house as weather was cold. Had everything we needed for a kids sporting weekend away. Would stay again.
