The Rosima gîte is a fully renovated 25 m² studio. Located in a small hamlet of about a hundred inhabitants, it is independent and relaxing. A single room accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, sink, range hood), coffee machine, cupboard and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary and a coffee table. The studio includes a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Ideal for tourism or work, alone or with two people, you will be both in the center of Rouen and in the tranquility of this old house, separated from the street by a long courtyard, and close to buses and the metro. It's on the second floor of the building and there's no elevator.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
