In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. The Moulin Sheepfold

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)
