Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Fin fisk i vannet, trenger ikke fiskekort.

På vintern när isen ligger går man till skidbacken på 10 min eller tar bilen på 3. Fri elbilsladdning. Huset har 3 sovrum (6 bäddar) kök, 1 badrum och är vårt lilla paradis! Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)
