Top-rated, comfortable good value Victorian house very near to the historic centre of Frome. This house is a quirky family home which we are in the process of upgrading. An open plan living area and well-equipped kitchen the place is suitable for a family or a couple wanting to stay for a few days. The house benefits from fast WiFi and ample free on- street parking. Frome is ideally located for Longleat, Stonehenge, Bath, Glastonbury and other sites in the South and Southwest of England.

It consists of a living room with king bed/dining area/ fully equipped kitchen and a flagstone floor with underfloor heating. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. There is a small enclosed decked patio with sitting area. Parking (1 car). Situated within 50-acre farmland including a small holding of 2 pigs, chickens and 2 donkeys. No smoking. City of Wells nearby.

Pennard Hill Farm is a family farm with breathtaking views over the Mendip Hills. Our holiday cottages are very individual and have bags of character and charm. The Haybarn is a beautiful barn conversation next to the indoor heated swimming pool, across the courtyard from the main farm house. There is plenty to see and do nearby such as Longleat Safari Park, Hauser & Worth Art Gallery, exploring the local towns of Wells, Frome and Glastonbury and enjoying long walks right on the doorstep.

Beautiful Coach house in Pilton
Beautiful and lovingly renovated Coach House in the heart of Pilton village, set in the lush private grounds of our family home. Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

Period House - short walk to town centre.
This two bedroom period house has been recently refurbished. It has en suite toilets to both bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are two living rooms and a large fitted kitchen. There is no garden but a small outside sitting area. The house is two minutes walk of our local pub which provides good value food and drink. Castle Cary's attractive town centre with its many historic buildings is an eight minute walk. Street parking with no restrictions.

A spacious, comfortable, peaceful cottage in Somerset, ideal for couples & families.

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
