It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

We propose to you our characteristic spacious farm house to enjoy nature with your family or a group, max. 7 adults. Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.

Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol in Redichem, part of the 17th-century 't Rondeel walking park. The residence contributes to the conservation and management of natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.
