Monthly Rentals in Evergreen, San Jose

The absolute best host I’ve had. I stayed here for 2 months and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to San Jose! Safe neighborhood, very central, and the place has everything you need! It even has Netflix already logged in for a night indoors. Thank you for a great experience, this was definitely money well spent!

This was perfect for the work traveler maybe a couple. I had some concerns about how hard the bed was; but I surprisingly slept good. The couch or pull out couch is not comfortable to sit on if you’re a cozy couch person for a movie night; it could use an upgrade. Felt like I was on kids furniture. Parking for unit 1 is tight, even for a small sports car; definitely not for an suv that I normally drive. Aside from these few matters that are easy to resolve, this unit was PERFECT!! Very at home feeling! It was nice to have washer and dryer! Bathroom is fantastic and deep bathtub is a great selling point! Super super clean, which I truly appreciated. The grounds were super clean. I would definitely return for my shorter, week long stays.

Apart from a couple loud "cracking" noises in the middle of the night likely from the house settling after a couple warm days, a very quiet space. Bed was very comfortable, water pressure was great, and was nice having a full size fridge available for groceries. Residents seem nice (met in passing). Can hear some noise from the main house through the walls of the bathroom/kitchen, but not disruptive at night. Would stay again!
