it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Everything was perfect in the accommodation, ( there is nothing missing, there is Everything ) just like the small exchanges we were able to have with the owners. Ideal place to relax and explore the surroundings.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

Our stay was a real enchanted break! You can't get tired of the view of the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we had the chance to use in the middle of the sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding.. the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return if we have a chance!

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city of Evian, look no further and rent this one. It is located in a new quality building, simply but tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. The parking is very convenient and accessible by elevator from the apartment... but it seems to us, however, preferable not to have a very large vehicle. Note the particularly friendly and attentive welcome from Régina, and her fortunately very precise instructions to get to the building without taking into account the erroneous GPS indications (for now at least). The departure procedure couldn't be simpler. In summary: perfect in every way!

Very nice apartment with a great view and very bright. The apartment is very clean and functional. We had everything we needed to spend these few days. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable (icy rain) but since the apartment is very nice, it was not a problem to stay indoors. Thank you to our hosts for their continued kindness and help . We won't hesitate to return!

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The flat is very central — perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although some of the ceilings are a bit low, it wasn’t a problem at all for my tall husband. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive; when we accidentally left a phone in the flat, they came quickly to help us retrieve it, which we really appreciated. We'd happily stay here again!

Really great flat and location for a family holiday. Bright open space with a large decking area. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk down into town with nice shops, restaurants and waterfront. Got a good workout walking up the steep hill to the flat a couple of times a day! The local swimming pool was the best I’ve been to - we went several times swimming in the lake pool and heated open pool. Plenty of places to visit via car or ferry.

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Everything was great. Smooth check-in and check-out. The house was spacious for us - 4 adults with 2 kids. The view was amazing and the area green and quiet. It‘s also a great location to explore the lake and the mountains .

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is great Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for his availability.
