Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Evosmos

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Όλα πεντακάθαρα! Σε πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!

" The apartment was very clean and everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests. Communication with the host was excellen, very understanding and helpful. We felt really comfortable during our stay.

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

Ήταν ένας πεντακάθαρος χώρος, εύκολα προσβάσιμος και κοντά στο κέντρο ακόμη και με τα πόδια!

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

10/10 the place is beautiful and so many activitys around especially if you have a car. We went swimming, boating. Fishing and on a toured cruise while we stayed here. Amazing place to be! Highly recomend. Also had a very special dinner by the sea! We will be back forsure.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Φιλόξενοι, φιλότιμοι και ευγενικοί. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και εξίσου άψογο το σπίτι !!

Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Thessaloniki. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar

Το σπίτι του Θάνου ειναι άνετο και σε έκανε να νιώθεις σαν να είσαι σπίτι σου.ο χώρος πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος.η περιοχή είναι πολύ καλη και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση και η γειτονιά αρκετα ήσυχη. Αν κ η κρατηση μου έγινε έκτακτα (το προηγούμενο βράδυ) ο Θάνος ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Σίγουρα αν επιστρέψουμε στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα ξανά μείνουμε στο ίδιο σπίτι!

I stayed at this wonderful place for one week. Everything was as advertised and true to the photos. The view is so amazing! Love to sit on the terrace sofa and look at the view to the sea and over the city and watch the birds. Loved it! Ana poli (the old town) is charming but on a pretty steep hill so I got some work out. Probably not for people with medium or more mobility issues. I highly recommend this place for short and longer stay. The host Ilias was very responsive and very helpful - e.g. when I had a health issue to tend to and gave a good advice. If I come back to beautiful Thessaloniki I will definitely stay again. Thanks a lot! Wonderful place.

The place is very clean and spacious in the room, the outside balcony is a relaxing place to spend the day or have a drink in the evening!

Liked the apartment, they did a great job. It is an underground apartment from the street side with smaller windows, but on the other hand there is a balcony at the back which is very nice. Check-in and communication was superb! I would stay again.

This place was great. It’s one of the best spots in town I think. After being in Greece several weeks i have to say I appreciate air conditioning that worked well. The decks were really nice for people watching. The kitchen was well enough equipped. Some of the more comfortable beds we have had in Greece (though all beds are hard in this country).

beautiful apartment, nice interior, kitchen and bathroom equipped with things like shampoo, pepper, salt, coffee etc. nice balcony overviewing a beautiful place with a church, nice sunset, reastaurant on the street. it was a little bit tricky to enter the parking garage (car should not be to big) and dont go to the real adress by car before, it's difficult to turn. but the host helped me a lot. thank you for the nice stay, we would defnitly come back :)

Ο χώρος ήταν όπως το περιμέναμε , όλα ήταν καθαρά , θέλει λίγες προσθέσεις σε κουζινικα(μαχαιροπήρουνα ,πιάτα ,ποτήρια, για ένα άτομο είναι εντάξει ). Το στρώμα ήταν βολικό και τα σεντόνια καθαρά πολύ ωραίο το μπαλκονακι μπροστά!
