The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Single-storey house of about 40 m2, very close to the sea in a lovely seaside resort, an enclosed garden with arbor, deckchairs, barbecue. A recent and comfortable 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, the kitchen is recent and equipped, large brand new bathroom with shower, private parking, bicycles available. (In July-August the house is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)
