Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

A lovely place that was 15 mins from the airport. It was just perfect for our needs to get to the airport early in the morning. I can see staying here as a stepping stone for a late arrival too. Additionally Christine was super helpful personally reaching out to us, providing the coordinates that plugged right into Google Map that landed us right in front of the house, and greeting us when we got there even though we got there late evening. The house was so adorable. Convenient to the airport, yet in a very peaceful bit of country like setting. Definitely would stay again.

Ο χώρος πανέμορφος μέσα και έξω! Καταπληκτικό σπίτι και η τοποθεσία του πολύ βολική! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε και μελλοντικά!

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il est à proximité immédiate d’une petite paisible calme où se trouve de nombreux restaurants. L’appartement est calme, la terrasse est idéalement exposé au soleil toute la journée, l’immeuble est très sécurisé. L’hôte est réactif. Je recommande.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Gemütliches Appartement, toller Balkon. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation war extrem gut und schnell und vor allem freundlichen . Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Alle Anweisungen und Infos waren hilfreich.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

L’appart de Niovi est vraiment top ! Elle répond super vite et a été hyper arrangeante, elle nous a laissé faire un check-out tardif sans souci. Elle donne aussi des reco super cool. Je recommande à 1000 %, c’était parfait !

Lovely apartment on the north edge of Psyrri district, walkable to everything in central Athens. Large living room, and bedrooms at the back (so very quiet). Apartment had everything we needed. Marilena was very friendly, helpful (including with local tips and recommendations), and responsive. We’ll be back!

Αθηνά was so kind and helpful. She left lot of great recommendations for us and some extra treats for our stay! The apartment was very clean and cute, and the view from the balcony was stunning!!

Great place in a fun neighborhood in Athens. Metro access is also convenient. Dimitris was helpful with local suggestions and making the stay as smooth as possible. Would recommend.

Leonidas’s place was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in. There was a lot of attention put into decoration and furnishing that made it stand out. The terrace was amazing! The host was very responsive and we can only recommend this special place when visiting Athens!

Très bel appartement, bien situé et très facile d’accès via l’aéroport. Michael a été très réactif et bienveillant par messages lorsque j’avais des questions, l’appartement était très propre, le voisinage calme et les commerces aux alentours étaient également très accueillants. Great stay, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location was great, right next to the archeological museum and walkable to the rest of the main sights in Athens or a quick taxi ride if you don’t want to walk. There was also a beautiful park just down the street which was great for our dog. The listing doesn’t list air conditioning but it does have a cooling unit and we were completely comfortable even when it was 35+ outside.

Amazing apartment in an area filled with interesting bars, restaurants, shops, and bookstores. We walked to the Acropolis in 35 minutes and it's worth the walk to absorb the architecture and interesting sites along the way. We chose this apartment because it was close to the Lycabettus Theatre where we watched three concerts over the course of three days. The bedroom was large and spacious and the kitchen was very clean. Loved the neighbourhood and the locals in it–– overall it was an amazing stay!
