Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Exarcheia, Athens

Irakli was extremely communicative and pleasant from check in to check out. He was extremely accommodating to a later check out time as my flight did not get in until late. I was also able to store my luggage for the day with no problem. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. While espresso machine capsules were missing, it wasn’t a major issue ,there are plenty of great coffee spots nearby. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommended!

This is a great flat. It’s nice to stay in a place where someone has put a lot of thought into designing the rooms, and everything is like in the pictures. Really great to hang out, and also enough space for two to work on their laptops if necessary. The street is loud, but the bedroom facing the courtyard is quiet. The aircon cools down the flat quickly if necessary. Location is great as the metro stop is around the corner and excharchia only 15 minutes on foot. It’s a lively neighbourhood where real people live and work, not a backdrop for tourists. We always felt safe here. Communication with the host was clear, reliable, and friendly. Only the rainshower did not work but the handheld shower head worked fine for us. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing apartment in Athens! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly silent in the night even though it’s located just steps away from the Acropolis and right in the heart of the city (plaka). You couldn’t ask for a better location, with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable we had the best sleep ever! The host, Miltos, was absolutely wonderful. He helped us to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, he was always available, and responded to messages almost instantly. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and he even provided us with a list of recommended restaurants— all great options unfortunately, we couldn’t try them all because we stayed only 3 days! Miltos was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much Miltos! we will definitely be back! This is hands down the best place to stay in Athens!

Despoina and Kostas were welcoming hosts! Their home was a perfect location to walk to absolutely everything, but it was private and quiet. They were very responsive on messages and even provided local recommendations. The space is peaceful and safe.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

Lefteris was a great host! Responsive, kind, and very accommodating! Space is as advertised, no surprises. Area is a 10-15 minute walk to Acropolis. Reasonable location for someone exploring Athens for the first time!

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Great place to stay just outside the city center! Perfect if you’re renting a car as we did to visit some places just outside of Athens, only to return for the evening to enjoy a beautiful view of the acropolis! We loved the spacious apartment that made us feel like we actually lived in Athens and Myrsini is just such an exceptional host, very generous with our check in time due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great for visiting Athens, walkable to all the tourist attractions and so many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to recharge before a big day. Bill and George were amazing hosts, arranging reliable transport for us from the airport and to the port. Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

The place was great for our family, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us! It was close to everything as well and had a beautiful view of the acropolis from the balcony.

This apartment was amazing! The location was exceptional - dozens of restaurants and shops, all within a few hundred metres and walkable to all the major attractions. The apartment was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed and so many little extra touches - double glazing so it was quiet even when the streets were noisy, external shutters to block light, coffee pods etc. Kostis was so friendly and helpful and provided so many local recommendations. We ate and drank exclusively where he recommended and had amazing meal after amazing meal, met lovely locals, had the best time. The view was exceptional and sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine once the kids were asleep was just lovely. Thank you for an incredible stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we next return to Athens.

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.
