Maison mitoyenne au calme située à 2 minutes à pieds du village médiéval d'Yvoire, classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Vous serez séduits par sa grande pièce de vie au rdc avec un espace lecture/dessins et jeux pour petits et grands. A l'étage, 3 grandes chambres équipées de lits 160*200 dont 1 avec lit bébé. Un canapé convertible permet le couchage de 2 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est entièrement équipée, 2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne.

Logement plain pied de 50 m2 pour 1 à 4 personnes, avec jardin privatif non clôturé, situé à Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), au cœur du Chablais, proche du Lac Léman et du massif alpin, dans une maison de style mas provençal. Attention : charge de voiture électrique impossible. Les voyageurs séjournant à deux et n’utilisant que le lit double peuvent effectuer la réservation pour une seule personne afin de bénéficier d’un tarif réduit. Nous fournissons les draps et les linges de toilette.
