Tina was an amazing host. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, proactive in her communication and is at the end of the phone if you needed her. The welcome guide was very detailed and included some fantastic recommendations along with all you needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was just so lovely and we felt very at home. A fantastic location to explore Exeter and very comfortable with superb facilities and equipment. The car parking space was a great bonus and everything was very secure. We loved our stay and I am already looking at dates to rebook. Thank you Tina for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.

2 Prospect House is in a perfect location in West Looe, very easy to get around and within just a short walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. There’s a grocery store, cafe and pub practically just outside. Matt’s place is great, very stylish, clean and has everything you need. Matt was also very helpful since the beginning, with great communication for our stay. Totally recommend it, if you’re a lover of Cornwall. We had a fab time!

I would always recommend the flat, this was the second time we visited and once again it was spotless. It is central for Looe and its an easy walk to numerous walks along the coast.

This was our 4th time staying at the cottage in 8 Owls. Such a fabulous location, spotlessly clean with crisp white linen. Lovely decor and nice to have a table and chairs in the front courtyard.

Lovely property, with everything we (family of 4) needed; perfect for our 2 night stay in Dartmouth. Great location right in the heart of this beautiful town, with a very handy private parking space. Very helpful and proactive communication from host Matthew.

Beautiful apartment, right next to Brixham harbour. Great choice for a family of 4, bedrooms were spacious and clean, lovely bathroom. Convenient car park space below the apartment. A great base to explore Torbay, would 100% return. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay here! There is a 24 hour service that allows you to message if there are any issues. We had a small issue with hot water but the team had it fixed within minutes and we're able to use the shower with ease. It was quiet when we went with only one other family staying there. The room was the perfect size for us and had a little kitchenette that we didn't use but was a bonus if we had stayed longer. We didn't find much to do in the town centre but, most of our plans were in Dorset which was super easy to get to and only an hours drive. Had a really lovely time here and would happily stay here again.

The flat is in a lovely old house in an extremely convenient location in Torquay, 10 minutes walk from nice restaurants, and 10 minutes walk the other way to a beach. The flat is spacious, and overlooks the pool area. The indoor decor is very cool, including a butterfly carpet as you come up the main stairs and original Victorian sideboards. Adam was a very kind and communicative host.

We enjoyed our stay at Charlie's property. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with roof terrace. Finding the location was straightforward (note - make sure you read the written instructions and don't just follow sat-nav). Entry was easy and seamless. The property was big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The neutral decor was inviting and a good amount of light came in, especially upstairs in the living area. The bedrooms were good size and beds comfortable.The linen and cutlery etc were clean and usable. The bathroom and shower were also great. Outside everything is within walking distance. It is possible to park - some marked parking bays and also next to the kerb. Monday to Saturday there is a charge between 8-6 but on Sunday and Bank Holiday its 11-5. We were out most of the daytime so we hardly paid anything. On Saturday the car park was full until late however. Overall I would be more than happy to stay there again

Lovely apartment with such a beautiful view from the balcony, could see all the stars in the sky at night too! Clean and spacious and had a kitchen (cutleries and plates etc. included) that had a small fridge which we found very useful, there's 2 rooms one the being master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite, and the other room with twin beds, plenty of space in both rooms and a second bathroom too. The hotel has a small gym and a lovely pool which is free to use which was a delight to have! Friendly hosts who gave plenty of information and directions beforehand, we may be back again in the future, a lovely spot to stay within South Devon!

Connor's place was perfect for our stay, around the corner from Exeter City Centre, clean, modern and easy check in. The host was very helpful and informative as well! I will definitely be returning should I be staying in Exeter!

Great place, very spacious and we loved the high ceilings. The beds were very comfortable and each room looked just like the photos. Within walking distance to the harbour in Torquay - say about 10mins walk (downhill), maybe 15 back up the hill! It was great that we had a parking space, however probably worth a note that it's only one parking space per apartment should you have several cars but seemed like there was plenty of on road parking close by. Would stay again.
