The ground floor apartment is adjacent to our house, it has a separate terrace. Living room with open kitchen and one bedroom. The heated pool is shared with us when we are present. The property is located 10 minutes' drive from the airport, 5 minutes from the ring road, 10 minutes from the convention center and the Matmut Stadium. The ocean beaches are 45 minutes away and not far from the wine chateaux and the wine route. You will be 20 minutes from Bordeaux city center.

We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.

Access is through our gate that we will have in common. you have access to the pool during the day For sleeping, there is a sofa bed that has 2 places There is no parking space in our garden but you have free parking spaces 50 meters away.
