The property is located on a large private natural site completely undisturbed with a magnificent view of the South Funen Archipelago. The cottage consists of two modern architect-designed houses - perfect for 2 families with children. 500 m from the residence there is a wonderful child-friendly sandy beach. If you walk opposite the beach, the super ideal old fishing village of Dyreborg is within walking distance. On the grounds there is access to covered table tennis table, outdoor bath, kayaks, trampoline, bicycles, toys available and fire pit.

Cowboy terrace with chill sofa and space to sit in dry weather. View of the church, close to Landsbyhaven and next to Ulbølle Aktivemødested with a nice playground, fire hut and pizza oven. Close to Ulbølle Brugs and on the beach. Midway between Svendborg and Faaborg. Denmark's most beautiful bike path to Svendborg starts just outside the cottage.

The cottage is located in the beautiful Svanninge Hills, close to Fåborg Golf Club and the Sea Route. It is 4 kilometers to Fåborg with good shopping and cozy restaurants. 6 kilometers to the beach. The house is a "real" summer house, quite simple, but with everything you need. From the large terrace there is a wonderful view of the southern Funen landscape and the archipelago. There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking Helnæsbugten. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Nyd udsigten fra huset, sengen og terrassen. Der forefindes kogeplade, minikøleskab, brødrister og en grill på terrassen, gårdhaven er din private. hunde er velkomne, vi har selv to labrador hunde. Håndvask og bad er i det nybyggede rum, hvor der også kan tages vand til kaffe, te og madlavning. Toilet er i vores hus. Der er videoovervågning på parkeringspladsen. Der er mulighed for at leje cykler.

Beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser, i vandkanten og med adgang til egen badebro. Badehuset er oprindelig bygget i 1930erne. Vores badehus er indrette i personlig stil med en del arvestykker. Her er plads til ro, hygge og afslapning i den friske havluft. Du bor med naturen lige uden for døren. Naturen er en stor del af oplevelsen, og med den følger også et rigt dyreliv, der i blandt mange fugle. Der kan der forekomme insekter både ude og indenfor.

Fredelig og privat i baghaven ved landejendom. Udsigt over heste og kreatur folde, med mulighed for tæt kontakt til dyr og natur. Overnatning for 2 personer i dobbeltseng i hytten. Fra 1. maj, mod merbetaling 150 DKK, desuden mulighed for 2 personer i Stingray telt udspændt mellem store træer ved siden af hytten. Spiseplads for 2 i hytten. Om sommeren ved 4 gæster er der spiseplads udendørs eller i orangeri 10 m fra hytten.
