Large villa with beautiful garden close to shops, marina and beach. Private parking with the possibility to charge an electric car. With three large bedrooms - one of which is a children's room with four beds - the house is suitable for a family of up to eight people or two families who are on vacation together. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

Just above Svendborgsundbroen opposite Svendborg is the cozy town of Vindeby, where we have our lovely house with a lovely enclosed garden with room for play and coziness. There is playground equipment, soccer goals, and a trampoline, as well as several areas with tables and chairs. Inside the house, there is also plenty of space. There are 4 sleeping spaces across two beds/rooms, plus the option of a weekend bed and an extra mattress. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area for six adults as well as two high chairs.

Apartment for up to 6 people + children. Private entrance and bathroom. Double bed 140x200cm + junior bed (140cm) Extra room on the 1st floor: double bed (180x200cm) + 2 single beds (70x200). (Available if >2 adults). There is a small new kitchen with oven, 2 hobs, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine (free capsules). There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing licenses can be purchased online for DKK 50. Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes, close to Odense.

Cleaning must be done. The house must be left in the same condition as received. Close to the forest, good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy yourself - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place in South Funen. Parties or other large events are not permitted.

Centralt i Vester Skerninge ligger mit hyggelige røde bjælkehus. Fem minutters gang fra bus, brugs, apotek og pizzaria og samtidig naturskønt beliggende med udsigt ud over marker, skov og Syltemae Ådal. Huset ligger for enden af en lukket villavej og med Øhavsstien som nabo. Her er fred, ro og højt til himlen. Tre soveværelser. Dyner, hovedpuder, betræk og håndklæder er inkluderet. Et badeværelse, et gæstetoilet, bryggers, køkken og stue. Småt men godt. Alle aldre-venligt☺️

The house is well kept and there is Easy room for 4 adults and 2 child and possible more by using the air-mattress and or sofa. The House has an Amazing location and There are Bikes for 2 adults and 2 children to use for free, to explorer the area! Please note that’s this is not a hotel nor should you expect 4 star accommodation but it is a nice large family home!

Svendborg city center, which is a really nice town, with lots of shops as well as cafes and restaurants, is about 1200 meters from our house. Wonderful fully furnished home. 217 m2 in Tommerup City. Entrance hall, lovely rooms, kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms, large utility room, lounge and 27 m2 multi-purpose playroom. Lovely garden with terraces, shelter and fireplace. Close to grocery. Very family friendly.
