Cozy apartment between the Duomo and the Ducal Palace. The apartment is divided in two rooms. In the first room there's the kitchen, while the rest of the apartment is an open space with "bedroom" and "living room" (with a sofa-bed) divided by a huge wardrobe. Living room is completed by a balcony with table and chairs. Washing machine; Fridge; Underfloor heating; Air conditioning; Fiber WiFi. Near best RESTAURANTS and PLACES OF INTEREST. It's around 590ft². 4TH FLOOR. NO LIFT HERE GUYS ;)

a quiet corner under medieval towers

A quiet nest under the Towers in the heart of the old town: this is a very peaceful apartment in an ancient building that once was part of a monastery. As you open the big wooden door and leave the streets, you'll cross the building's courtyard with its water-well, climb the ancient stone stairwell one floor to find a comfortable open space with a high wooden-beam ceiling and a small mezzanine, for relaxing after the city tours. The apartment has just been fully renovated. Everyone welcome!

Monolocale luminoso e arredato con cura, dalle linee semplici e dai toni pastello. Il pezzo forte poi è la sua posizione: nel centro del centro: the apartment is located in one of the oldest and fascinating areas of the city, in the center of the most famous food market in Bologna, surrounded by many little bars and restaurants. It is an area full of "Italian life", and the market opens early in the morning, so sometimes there can be some noise, as in all the historical center of Bologna.
