It is located on 3 park like acres on the Chena River with your own private hot tub. It has a large living area with plenty of seating, beautiful kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, dining room, a small bar and office area. In the basement is an additional sleeping area and a full gym.
