A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. A short drive up the road to Chena Hot Springs or to North Pole to Santa Claus House and more. Watch the Yukon Quest 1000 Mile Dog Sled race pass right right in front of Outpost. This house is a great place for family gatherings with a full kitchen stocked with basics and if you need a special kitchen appliance, dish or baking wear just call and I’ll deliver. Animals are allowed with disclosing upon booking. We have reindeer and dog mushing tours next door so all dogs must be on a leash.

This newly-built log home is on 7 acres close to Fairbanks - 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. No neighbors in sight and an expansive view of an Alaskan meadow with fabulous northern light watching from the downstairs bedroom and living room. The house has a cathedral ceiling, loft bedroom with private bathroom and all the amenities, including dishwasher and laundry. It's right on a bike trail and a ten-minute walk to the Tanana River.

Red Dog Room

A cozy, comfortable spot to use as a base camp for your explorations of North Pole and Chena. With proximity to the town center and the Chena Lakes Recreation area, the Red Dog Room still feels secluded and private and has direct access to trails. The room has private entry, a small cooking area with a table and a private bathroom. This space is a studio apartment within a house. The only shared space is the driveway but other people might be on the property.

Keep it simple in our cozy cabin in the woods. This cabin features 1 loft bedroom upstairs accessed by a ladder and a full kitchen and living room. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!
