Monthly Rentals in Fairview

Our stay was generally peaceful considering the place is near a main highway. The area is near malls, it was convenient to buy stuff and bring back to where we stayed. The place itself was apt in space. We appreciated that it had streaming services available, we caught up with some series in Netflix on days that we stayed in. The aircon was enough to keep the place cool; quite handy that it had two electric fans to circulate the cool air. The quality of cookware was pretty good. I had the opportunity to cook and used them. The place had its laundry area. Though not inside the unit, it was private and not shared. The place was well-maintained. Jacque as a host was responsive and helpful. It was thoughtful that a week into our stay, she gave us a fresh clean set of comforter, pillow cases, bed sheet, towels, and bathroom rugs. I am so appreciative that she let us extend for a few hours beyond the checkout time without additional cost. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was smaller than expected but somehow everything felt like home. It was cozy and incredibly clean. Washer was missing but it was fine. We stayed for 1 month and the place had everything we needed. Location is at the tail end of the complex so a bit of walking to the store and entrance. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the price. We cleaned up afterward to reflect the host’s excellent standard in cleanliness and organization.

One of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Ms. Rona was very accommodating and even provided an extra bed for our family to make our stay more comfortable.
