Nice townhouse for vacation in Falkenberg

Nice detached chain house in Falkenberg. Fully equipped house with small garden and glassed-in patio. 4 bedrooms with 8 beds of different sizes, additional extra beds can be arranged for children. Two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. 2 parking spaces for car belong to the house. 1 place in garage + 1 on driveway in front of garage. The house is within walking distance, about 1,5 km from Falkenberg railway station and about 2 km from Falkenberg city centre via a nice walk along Ätran & Vallarna.

This is a 110m2 townhouse situated 750m from the famous beach Skrea Strand, and 800m from the citycenter of Falkenberg. The house is built in 1958 and has 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, bathroom (original from 1958), guesttoilet (original from 1958) and small garden. 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. Our favourite spot in the house is the terrass in the back. with a roof and possible to turn on heat. All guests should be 25years or order.

Cabin near the beach

Barely 300 meters to the sea, beach and for us the first restaurant on Apelviken boardwalk. With a walk of about 15 minutes you reach public transport as well as large Coop store, flower shop, Systembolag and Pharmacy. The cottage is shared and functions as a semi-detached house/terraced house but is divided with a completely private front where you as a guest live with your own entrance, lawn, toilet, shower, kitchen and parking as well as the other rooms shown in the listing description.

Modern townhouse in the south close to swimming, surfing, nude swimming as well as lovely boardwalk. Here it is close to everything- the sea, the cliffs, the sandy beach and the city. 10min walk to great restaurants such as Johns Place, Surf Saloon, Olle's, Brittas and Kusthotellet in Apelviken as well as Societen and Nami in the middle of town.
