The cottage is located less than 30 km from the treport, 38 km from Dieppe, 43 km from the Bay of Somme on a plot of more than one hectare. This accommodation consists of a dining area, dining room, bar/game room, 4 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets and a bathroom with 2 showers.
