Our house is located with a magical view of Lake Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-story house and is completely newly-renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and distributed over a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and large lawn that attracts play and socializing.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. 200 meters to the lake and your own jetty. Three bedrooms with double beds in each. Glazed porch with dining area. In the middle of nature with many nice walking paths along a cultural-historical hiking trail. Rich mushroom and berry forest. Charming farmhouse with high ceilings, rural located just outside Falun. Around the corner is Lugnets nature reserve with great opportunities for cycling, hiking and running. The arena of tranquility is only 4 km away. Experience the 2027 Ski World Championships with us! During this event period, we offer bookings with a minimum stay of five nights. The house is located on the quieter side of the stadium, which means you avoid the worst traffic during the competitions. On the property, there are horses and cats.

"Villa Long Pier" Magical lake view near Rättvik C

Magical view of Lake Siljan from the 32 m² glassed-in porch. Large plot of about 1,500 m2 with the center only about a 10-minute walk away. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Living room with a fire place. Three bedrooms, furnished with double beds in two of the rooms and four single beds in the third. The house/property *does not* have direct access to swimming in Lake Siljan. It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot. There is only *one shower* and *one toilet* in the house.

Rent our pool house of about 20 square meters with a spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities, and a room with a kitchen, sofa, and a 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.
