Price not included in regular rent. Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

Very nice 5th at 85 sqm in Kungsberget/Järbo. Well planned with four bedrooms. 10 + 2 beds. Two bathrooms with shower. Sauna is available. In Kungsberget, you can ski from December until Easter. Apt is very close to the 3 chairlift (about 150 meters). There are restaurants, après ski and a walking distance. Kungsberget is a growing ski resort with nice offerings. During the rest of the year you can go downhill, other cycling, hiking, swimming in nice swimming areas etc. No smoking indoors and no animals is allowed.

Welcome to our modern and cosy apartment. Enjoy beautiful views and comfort at this peaceful location close to attractions of Falun and Borlänge yet next to forests. Torsang Cafe is a short walk away, nearest beach 4km away and Romme Alpin 20 minutes away. From our comfortable accommodation, you can explore nature on foot, by bike or on skis during the winter. Close by hiking, fishing and swimming is available. During the summer season there are nice cycle paths and the adventurous can take the chair lift up the mountain for downhill cycling. Padel courts, basketball court and pump track are also available. The accommodation has room for 10 people in 4 bedrooms and room for 2 in the comfortable sofa bed. The balcony is in the best sunny position!
