One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A fascinating view of the Dolomites welcomes you and becomes the backdrop for unforgettable holidays. The village of Pfalzen, located on the Pustertaler Sonnenstraße, was already known in Roman times for its sunny location. It is an ideal starting point for the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and South Tyrol's flagship ski resort, the Kronplatz.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!
