Ann is a great host. The apartment is absolutely stunning with a mesmerising view of the mountains. Its a pristine surrounding. With the mountains staring right outside the balcony what else do you need for a vacation! It was an amazing experience alltogether. The apartment is well organised and very clean. If I ever again come in Bergen, I would want to stay here. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Bergen, the city of seven mountains!

We enjoyed our stay at Ole’s place very much. The tidy and bright apartment fitted our needs perfectly. The location is great - to the city center either by a walk through a park or by a short bus trip. Ole was very kind, answered quickly and welcomed us friendly.

The accommodation is very spacious and functional, especially the kitchen. It was very neat and clean. There is free parking right behind the house, which is very advantageous in a big city. The walk to the tram stop is about 7 minutes, from where you can get to the city very quickly. Christian is a wonderful host who gives a lot of good advice, responds very quickly and is incredibly caring. When we had a problem with the dishwasher, he immediately sent the property manager to us with a bottle of champagne as an apology, even though it was not his fault... and that was at 10 PM. I highly recommend this place with Christian as the landlord.

Lovely place, home from home nice things for the first day in the fridge. Everything we needed was in the Apartment. Bring your ear plugs, lots of young people on the street when the weather is good. Will be back😎😎

Great place to stay in Bergen

Hege is a very nice and friendly host. The place is great, it’s cozy, clean, comfortable, with a nice water view. We enjoyed our stay, and we definitely recommend Hege’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and has nice views of the surrounding mountains (we particularly enjoyed taking those in from the apartment’s balcony!). The location is also excellent - a nice, quiet area close to good cafes and restaurants and to the nearby university gardens, and an easy walk to the base of the funicular and to Bryggen. The hosts were super responsive and made the whole process easy. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Lovely apartment with picture postcard views

Christen is unlike any other host. He met me at the bus stop and helped me with the luggage. He has a handwritten book of recommendations on where to eat and what to do, along with helpful instructions for the stay. He had left a bottle of wine, and cookies and coffee for me, which was very thoughtful. The place is super walkable to the city centre and the tour/airport bus stops. While central, it’s also tucked away from all the city centre madness and thereby offers a quiet and relaxing place to stay after a busy day of exploring the beauty of Norway. Christen was very friendly, flexible and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Bergen (as long as they don’t mind climbing up a few flight of stairs). Thanks for the lovely time in Bergen, Christen! Hope to stay here again when my travels bring me back to the incredibly beautiful city of Bergen. :) Cheers!

We had a lovely couple of days at this place, the view from the balcony is as good as advertised. Bergen city centre is an easy bus ride away.

We had a wonderful stay here. The surrounds are gorgeous & the place itself is super cute, roomy & very clean & cosy! The welcome basket was also a very nice touch! We’d definitely recommend this place ☺️

We are so happy we found this place! Great place where it was easy to find peace, both outside in the garden and inside. Very pleasant hosts who enhanced the experience of feeling welcome and at home. Great communication throughout. We will definitely book here at a later time. All in all a fantastic nice weekend in quiet and great surroundings. Short distance to beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, welcoming and friendly host who could both tip us about hiking opportunities and turn off a friendly chat. We had a fantastic stay in Bergen. The apartment was very centrally located, close to the action and transport. Our host was very informative and excellent at replying. to communications. The apartment was perfect for us, small kitchen where we could store food and have the utensils to whip up breakfast and lunch, and a nice tv that had all kinds of apps loaded that we could log in to. We watched some of our Netflix while we were there. The couch pulls out to a very comfortable futon, I prefer a firmer mattress and it suited me just fine. The shower was so powerful it jet washed me, loved it. The roof deck is a great little area to just sit and relax and enjoy the sights over Bergen. We did the Vidden hike from Ulriken to Floyen and we could see our route from the rooftop. I would strongly suggest a stay here if you want affordable, comfortable, well located pad, to sleep and prepare for excellent adventures in and around Bergen.. :O)
