Monthly Rentals in Faria

Our stay with David and Zinda was just wonderful! The hosts are super nice, friendly and helpful people. We felt right at home during our stay. It’s truly a unique place with a large beautiful garden and lots of sunlight. You get a feeling of peace and tranquility from day one. This is a dream stay for people who love animals, as the hosts have peacocks, chicken, geese, cats, dogs and even horses. They even allowed us to walk their dogs in a nearby forest which was wonderful. The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but you have a private wing of the house with your bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful living room with a garden view. If you plan to work remotely, I would recommend getting a LAN cable (5m) that you can connect to the router for higher internet speed. It’s possible to get an uber from the airport and also to get around during your stay but I would recommend getting a car to be more flexible. Within 15m by car you can get to the beautiful beach, grocery stores and a mall.

We were well received, with flexibility in the time of entry and exit and without missing anything.

Claudio’s place is a gem! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Claudio was so kind to us as we were there during the big black out. He walked all the way over to the apartment to check on us! 10/10 recommend this place!

Excellent stay at Fernando's, who welcomed us very well and kindly showed us the restaurants and activities to do in the area. Listing was spotless and as described. Fernando was very responsive to each of our messages and had planned a parking space for our car. Everything was perfect, thank you Fernando!
