Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

It’s a lovely place to stay but it is a live in family home so there are personal belongings in the house. For the price it felt a bit less private. Also there is an extra charge of 140 to use the hot tub which was pretty steep considering the hot tub

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Our hosts made us welcome and provided us with many more supplies than expected. They communicated with us well and we were very comfortable. The cottage was in the perfect location for all the Jane Austen activities we wanted to do. The Jane Austen museum and Chawton house were within walking distance as well as a nice pub and cafe. The cottage garden was a particularly lovely place to sit and have a cuppa after our long days out.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Only three of us so plenty of space. Magdalena was always available for any issues. Please feel able to book with confidence. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

Only used as a place to stay after a wedding but would’ve loved to stay longer! Good communication, lovely and clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely return

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Our hosts were a delight and exceptionally helpful and friendly.. The location is amazing. We were watching red kites in flight and even heard a cuckoo. Lots of walking trails nearby too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Exactly as described, absolutely lovely little stay. Immaculate and very well thought out layout for a small apartment. We stayed for 2 nights for ascot races and it was ideal. 10 min uber to the races and minimal traffic. Will absolutely recommend to people for a lovely stay.

Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

We had a lovely stay in Johan’s AirBnB. The space was beautifully kept with stunning views. There weren’t a huge deal of amenities close by but we didn’t mind going for a walk (even in the rain!). Would absolutely come back to explore the local walking routes. Thanks Johan!

Had a lovely few (very warm!) days in Guildford - Julia thoughtfully provided a fan though so all was well! The place was clean, bright and had everything we needed for a relaxing base, Nothing was too much trouble and the bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

The house and the host were fabulous. A lovely home from home, comfortable beds, made up exactly as requested. Generously stocked kitchen and extra treats! David was in touch before our stay with lots of very useful information and again on check in day to see how our journey was going. We had a great stay and look forward to our next visit. Fantastic accommodation! Comfortable, cozy, very clean and well-maintained, perfect for business stays or medium/long-term visits. I stayed in this accommodation for a long-term stay and needed a space with a kitchen. The apartment truly has everything you need and more – it's very functional and equipped with thoughtful touches that make the stay really pleasant. The kitchenette and the kitchen area in general are perfect even for one person and well equiped. It's located in a convenient area, close to green spaces and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Supermarkets are nearby. Cathy is truly an exceptional host, always available for any need, very communicative, and quick to respond if anything comes up. A super positive experience – highly recommended, even for long stays.

We have stayed often at David’s place as our son and his family live nearby and it is always a great experience. We highly recommend these accommodations! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants is also a plus.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Annexe! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect & quiet , we stayed here for 2 days for Royal Ascot. It was an easy commute. We really appreciated the guest book with local pubs & restaurants , we took note & visited a local pub & had a lovely pub dinner. ( George & Dragon) The annexe was beautifully decorated & we had fresh towels. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again next year for Royal Ascot! Thank you for a fantastic stay! Husband, toddler and I had a very comfortable stay with Susan. Susan’s home was beautiful, couches were comfy, bathroom and kitchen spotless. Susan’s place is walkable (even with toddler on scooter!). My tip for future guests would be to ask Susan which direction to head in for the town centre, if going on foot as there is a cut through / short cut which Susan pointed out at the beginning of our stay. stay.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of this place. From the very first contact, Peter was attentive and helpful, always available to assist from before check-in until checkout. The space is beautiful, cozy, and offers a unique connection with nature. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I loved every detail, plan to return, and definitely recommend it!
