Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Solar panel (can run out of power) gas and outhouse. Full kitchen, dining table and sofa. Water must be collected in a well. Firewood included. Rowing boat is used to cross the water. Or walk in the woods. At the cabin we put drinking water in 5 liter cans, coffee and tea. (Water in the well as well). We have upgraded with the possibility to charge mobile in usb socket that hangs in the kitchen hook. We have changed the boat, this one is easy to row. Access to travel bed for the smallest children. Mainly a summer cottage.

Unique cabin with fjord views and private berth

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of proximity to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and high ceilings bring nature close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found about 2 minutes walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Recharge your batteries with luxury at this unique and quiet accommodation. Beautiful romantic little cottage with views that give peace of mind. Large terrace/jetty with outdoor furniture, gas grill and wood-fired hot tub! (IMPORTANT! The hot tub does NOT have bubbles or massage, just lovely hot water). Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Attic/mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Free rental of paddleboard and small kayak.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to our beautiful cabin, in a quiet area with amazing views! Here you can have a quiet holiday surrounded by great nature and sun from morning to evening. Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the cottage area's jetty or at Åpta Camping. 15-20 minutes drive to Farsund city, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several beautiful beaches along the entire Lista coast that are worth experiencing. 1.5 hours drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

The cabin is modern with high quality in all materials, and design furniture. The cabin is built for family use, but is rented out in anticipation of our children using it. The cabin is located in a cultural-historical area from the sailing ship and privateer era. There are good hiking opportunities nearby, proximity to amazing sandy beaches.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

Welcome to sunny and idyllic "Knatten" An architect-designed cabin in a secluded location by the lake with beautiful views over Egelandsfjorden with great fishing and swimming opportunities. The cabin is fully furnished and contains most of what you need to have a great stay including a Weber gas grill on the sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms in total with beds for 7 people+ (possibility of extra mattresses). Cozy annex with bedroom and master bedroom with double bed and loft bed in the cabin.

Modern cabin with panoramic views

New funky cabin from 2021 at Åpta in Farsund municipality. Located at the end of the cabin area. Great view of Åptafjorden. Large courtyard with good parking facilities. Large terrace with good sun conditions until 7-8 pm in the evening during summer. The road up to the cabin is relatively steep and winding, but most of it is paved. Down by the fjord there is a marina with fishing and swimming facilities. Good hiking opportunities nearby. 15 kilometers to Farsund city center.

Free WiFi. Free wood for the fireplace. Three bedrooms, with a total of 8 beds. (a cot) The house is located in a rural and undisturbed area, within walking distance to Lista Lighthouse, Lista Bird Station, some of Norway's best surf spots and mile-long beaches. In the garden there are several cozy seating areas and lots of sun during the summer months. Exterior sink and bench space for gutting fish. Rack for storing surfboards and hanging wetsuits to dry.
