Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Fayette County

The apartment: Perfect. Clean, comfortable, just like in the pictures. LOVED the tall, hot rainfall shower! The host: very responsive, patient and helpful. Checking in: can be a little tricky, just read the instructions carefully. The parking: be aware, you will pay $40/day to park at the apartment, whether you use your vehicle or not PLUS $20-$30 for each time you leave and return. PLUS many places you visit downtown will charge for parking. It would be very easy to accidentally rack up quite a bit in parking fees, so just plan ahead. The apartment building entrance: is not the most inviting - we preferred going to the Lobby and walking through to the Hilton lobby and out their entrance. The area: there are many great restaurants you can walk in 10 minutes. The homeless: if you are walking, be aware you will encounter homeless folks every time you walk. They were always friendly to us, but it can be a shock if you are not used to that, and many do beg.

Don't waste your time searching anymore because this is the BEST apt in the building. The view is gorgeous, and the bedroom is dark and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen amenities much, but the washer and dryer came in handy. The WiFi router needed rebooting when I first arrived, but it only took a few minutes for someone with a key to the closet to show up and fix it. Best of all, the host is SUPER responsive, and will send you lots of videos on how to navigate their building before you arrive.

Fred's place was everything I wanted! Easy to check in, a great location and close enough to the highway. It was spotless and comfortable, especially the furniture! And the complex has some amazing amenities. Was sitting by the pool with a smoothie telling my friends this is the place to say when in Atlanta.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Atlanta. Upon entry it was obvious the place was spotless. Then we noticed the view which was amazing. The location is perfect. The aquarium, world of Coke, Civil Rights Museum, Olympic park and so much else is a very short walk away. Me and my wife jogged in the morning and enjoyed the scenery. We did use the pool and found it clean and a great way to cool off. Delicious food options within walking distance also. Lorena and the Joy agency were easy to contact and replied very quickly. Although I had zero issues with anything they were available if I needed. If you're plans are downtown this location and view is perfect.

Awesome communication, the Airbnb was nice and clean just keep in mind you have to pay $20 every time you exit the bnb, definitely would book again the bnb was close to everything

I enjoyed my stay! The host communicated promptly and was helpful during my stay. The unit was decorated very nicely. There were snacks and other extras: such as complementary rain ponchos in the unit which was a very thoughtful touch by the host. I was able to hit the gym, which is located right next to the unit, and enjoyed the pool before my check out! Will rebook again. 10/10!

Our stay was great, and the host was super friendly and welcoming. Even though we had an issue on our end with misplaced keys, the host was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout. Thankfully, the cleaners later found the keys inside the home, and everything ended well. Overall, a very pleasant experience – we truly appreciated the host’s kindness and would happily stay again!

William’s place felt just like home! Clean and smelled great! Comfy bed with all the necessities for the time we were there. The area is a little sketchy but it’s gated and a security guard on site at all times, so it definitely helps. I never felt unsafe while there and I will recommend staying here again!

The check in was very simple easy and straight forward. I loved having a parking space dedicated to me which made it 10x more convenient than any other stay I’ve had in Atlanta. The hosts were very responsive and polite which made it easy to work with them. I loved the fact they sent photos of where I was allowed to park! I highly recommend staying here and would definitely do so in the future!

The host was amazing! Met us outside and gave clear instructions on how to find our room. The airbnb looked just like the photos! Location is a comfortable 15-20 min walk from main tourist attractions such as the aquarium, Coke museum, and state farm arena. There are plenty restaurants, bars, and convenience stores along the way. Icing on the cake: parking is included!!!

Very responsive host. Went above and beyond to greet us the day of arrival. Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Located in an excellent area centralized from all the major attractions. Would stay again.

La Toya was THE BEST!! Super easy to communicate with. My flight was early and she had no problem letting me in. This condo building had THE NICEST STAFF!! Seriously the nicest people from check in, floor help, concierge… everyone super helpful. The condo… AMAZING View! I would sit and have coffee in the morning look out over the park. Condo was very clean. Had all the PT, TP, dish soap and was laundry down the hall… bed was comfy. Great location to aquarium, coke museum, Mercedes Benz venue, super safe area. Plenty of places to eat. Y’all this was the best location for downtown Atlanta!

I can not speak more highly of Janet’s AirBnb. First off she is a fantastic host. She left us snacks and drinks for when we checked in. She worked with us on an early check in, and even checked with us before mowers were going to show up to ensure it was ok. Now for the house. It is PERFECT! I have never stayed at an Airbnb that was so clean and trendy. The location was perfect and so peaceful! The backyard was cute and gave us everything we needed. We had kids with us and they loved the game room and the bunk room! Our bed was so comfy and the showers were all amazing. I could go on and on. If you have the opportunity to stay here, please do!

Teal is an awesome host. Her place was just what I needed for my visit. Her home is clean and cozy. I was very much at home. Everything we needed for our comfort was available. Teal even provided words of comfort for me and my family. I could not have found a better place.❤️‍🩹🙏🏾🙏🏾

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly professional and responsive, and she replied quickly and shared a wealth of helpful information that made navigating Atlanta so much easier. The location in the Old Fourth Ward is very central, placing you just 5 to 15 minutes from most of the top attractions a tourist would want to explore in the ATL. While the neighborhood is one of the older areas and currently undergoing revitalization, it still felt very accessible and had its own unique charm. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Thanks for the soft drinks and coffee supply! Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a well-located, well-managed place to stay while enjoying Atlanta!

Thanks again for hosting us! Lewis’ place is huge, tons of space for every guest to enjoy different rooms. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and well decorated and we really enjoyed having the pool table and playing the provided games. We weren’t able to enjoy the outside spaces because of the rain but the yard was large and looked very well kept.

Sean was an amazing host. He allowed us to check in early. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that he had left graduation cupcakes in the refrigerator for us, as he knew we were in town for my son’s college graduation! He also left a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. We had a small issue with the linen and he immediately dispatched his housekeeping service who arrived and expeditiously! He was a kind and patient host! Not to mention that the home was absolutely perfect for our stay!!
