Holiday rentals with lake access in Fayetteville

Catie was an incredible host and so responsive. I stayed for a family members wedding and because the home was in a gated community, I had to update my guest list fairly often to keep up with changing plans. Catie almost always responded immediately and was so flexible with me. The home itself was very well kept up and had plenty of amenities.

Our visit was wonderful! Joy was very helpful and responsive with any questions leading up to our visit to her home! The deck by the lake was so peaceful to sit by, and the adults enjoyed the lake gear! Highly recommend! House had everything we needed! Master bedroom and bath was such a nice retreat!

My cousin recommended we stay at this Airbnb when visiting the area to attend my uncle’s funeral. We found that the house is very comfortable, situated in a beautiful neighborhood, and it has everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Alexis communicated quickly and was genuinely concerned about the comfort of my family during our stay. Anything we had questions about was answered or remidied. We really enjoyed the spacious backyard, even the grownups enjoyed a few leg races. As described in the listing, there are two main suites and plenty room overall. I am not really familiar with the area to say what was close but there was definitely a grocery store and eateries in close proximity. Thank you, Alexis for the use of your home.

It was home away from home! Perfect vacation except for the rainy days but we found towns to visit and places to eat. We did enjoy the pool on the 2 sunny days we had. House was stocked with EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to book again next year and maybe longer stay!

This house was perfect for a large group. We had four couples, and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Came to see family in Sanford and the house was perfectly located. The house sits in a very secure gated community. They have a lake with a sandy beach, huge pool, and most special was a golf course. We had everything we needed to cook. Grocery store was just down the road. Hope to come back soon.

Parkton Place is a phenomenal place to stay! Just outside of town but still close enough to restaurants and activities. Animals are all so well maintained and a truly a joy to interact with. The place is blooming with life - we even got to see baby chicks running around! Home was clean and comfortable. My family and my fur baby were all very happy here. AC kept the apartment clean even in the hottest days. Highly recommend as a wedding & anniversary venue with stunning photo ops and plenty of accommodation for friends and family. Also great for long stays as the hosts are the friendliest most helpful people you’ll ever meet!

My stay at Fred's was great. Very quiet, and when i wanted to go out and about, everything was close by. I'd definitely recommend Fred's for just about anything a person would want to do.

Very clean and quiet with nice beds. We very much appreciated the comfort and convenience of Karen’s place which was close to my father-in-law’s house in the Trace where our family holiday gathering was held. We would recommend this Airbnb and hope to return in the future!

The host was very professional and courteous. The townhouse was cozy and easy to find. Daniel went out of the way to make sure our stay was enjoyable! He provided a list of nearby restaurants and stores which was helpful! The home was well stocked with linen and seasoning in the kitchen which were a pmus. The plate of cookies were a bonus!!
