In the heart of the historic center, this apartment has the charm of the old: beams (be careful if you're tall), half-timbering and bricks, and has all the comforts of modernity. On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! Ideally located in the Golden Triangle between Albi, Gaillac and Cordes-sur-Ciel, the Pigeonnier has been totally rehabilitated upstairs into a comfortable 2 room. You will be surrounded by a 10 hectare estate with 10x5 swimming pool (from May, as soon as the weather permits, and until September if the weather is mild).
